Delivery Information

U.K. Mainland (all values exclude VAT):

Minimum order = £150 and incurs £10 carriage

Orders above £300 = carriage is FREE.

Note that the exact shipping cost is not included in the online order but it will be added/confirmed in the proforma or invoice if any charge applies.


Pallet deliveries are charged differently. Please contact us for prices.

We will always try and send your goods in the most economical and safest way to you.



All  Other Destinations

For ALL other locations including the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, U.K. Islands, EU, and the rest of the world please get in touch for an estimation of the delivery charge as delivery charge varies by location and order size. Carriage charge is based on the cheapest service we have available to you and it depends on the actual size AND weight of the order. The charge is calculated on a 60cm x 60cm box basis with a weight limit of up to 30Kg. Each 60cm x 60cm box incurs a set of delivery charges. Lead-time also varies between countries. Get in touch for an estimation to your country.  If no contact is made prior to you placing your order, we will assume you accept our regular delivery charges to these locations. 




RETURNS

In case we have made an error please contact us to arrange the free collection.

If you have changed your mind or want to return the goods for any other reason please contact us to discuss the return. Please be aware all shipping back to Lightstyle London Limited is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.

Returned products MUST be in their original packaging and outer packaging.
We will NOT accept returned products which have been damaged (including damage occurred during transit) or have your own stickers or price labels attached. 

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us in excellent condition.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that charges may apply.



FAILED DELIVERIES

We use a courier service for most of our deliveries. Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. After this, failed deliveries can be re-delivered at an extra cost to you. Alternatively, you can collect from your nearest depot. Collection from the depot  MUST be made WITHIN 7 days. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to us at a charge. This charge WILL be passed on to you.
